DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read

I hope that you'll all appreciate that my time is very precious, and that there may be clients waiting for appointments. 

 

An upfront, non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. 

All cutting/ beauty services (over the value of £22) will be required to pay £20

All colour services will require a minimum £40 deposit.

This is payable 30 days prior to your appointment, or at time of booking. PLEASE NOTE that all appointments aren't confirmed until deposit is received.

​

If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please can I ask that you give as much notice as possible.

​

All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the FULL deposit. *

All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay an additional 25% on top of the already paid deposit.*

NO shows will be required to pay for the FULL service amount.

*May be transferred to a later date at discretion.

If, for any reason , you are not happy with the service or treatment that has been provided, please contact me ASAP and I will endeavour to resolve any concerns you may have.

As a fully qualified level 3 hairdresser and barber, with additional CPD training,I am backed by some of the best insurers and governing bodies in the industry ​
